How do pre orders work?
When pre ordering an item, you are buying it at a discounted rate as it is not yet released. Once in stock, your items will ship in the order they were received.
Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?
Sometimes inventory doesn't update properly causing the issues of availability. If this happens you will be refunded or asked if you want a different product in place of the one you tried ordering.
Can you tell me more about your lifetime warranty policy?
We stand behind our commitment to offer the highest quality bags at affordable rates without all the insane mark ups. Our lifetime warranty is included on every one of our products and covers any damaged items, clasps, rips, manufacturer defects and fading.
If your product suffers from any of the above, we will replace it with a brand new one.
Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

How do I roll my dry bag?
Instructions on how to properly roll your dry bags are printed at the opening of the dry bag. Please follow those instructions to safely store your belongings as we cannot be held responsible for any damage done.
