SHIPPING & TRANSIT DELAY
Due to the evolving Covid-19 situation, domestic shipping carriers have received an influx in shipping volume lending to short carrier delays. We provide an estimated delivery date for your order during the shipping selection in checkout. With each and every order, we provide an order tracking number for you to follow your shipment from our distribution center to your front door.
Due to demand, please be aware it may take 3-5 business days for you order to process. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking information letting you know it’s on the way. Upgrading your shipping method only expedites the transit time once your package has left our warehouse in Milford, OH. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or any major holiday.
Free shipping is available on orders over $35 shipping to a U.S. address only. You must select this option at checkout. Shipping charges are not refundable.
U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer free 30-day returns on all U.S. orders from jakstrading.com All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging. We issue refunds to the original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item for a full refund and place a new order for your replacement. Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of arrival, and an email confirmation will be sent.
